The PCAA has six Specialist Interest Groups that focus on specific aspects of airport operations and its impacts.
The Planning SIG is looking at all aspects of Airport planning, and scrutinises planning applications put forward by Bristol Airports Limited and other organisations with interests in the airport and surrounding areas.
The Noise SIG has been set up to closely monitor issues relating to noise that arise from both the airport's operations, and the flights that depart from and arrive into Bristol Airport.
The Parking and Green Spaces SIG is focussed on parking-related matters and how airport parking is affecting local communities.
The Net Zero / Climate Change SIG focuses on how the Airport manages it operations and emissions in line with statutory responsibilities.
The Air Space Modernisation SIG focuses on how the Airport manages it's airspace, and keeps an eye on plans and consultation activities related to this.
The Biodiversity SIG has been set up to closely monitor issues relating to biodiversity that arise from both the airport's operations, and the flights that depart from and arrive into Bristol Airport.
